This current limiting control prevents permanent disconnection during adverse temporary overvoltage (TOV) conditions.
The ProTec T2 product family offers a wide range of applications as a Type 2 surge protection device (SPD). Due to its Type 2 classification, this product line can be installed between LPZ 1-2 and LPZ 2-3.
